Below are you recipes for the day and a training program for the day.

Just over half way if you have got this far you have done well so far keep it going. If you follow the guide daily you should notice some changes, weather that be weight, shape or wellbeing.



Imagine doing this daily on how you would look and feel if you followed this consistently for a period of time. The changes would be immense.
