Turkey club wrap recipe, from our Inner Circle recipe selection.
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp wholegrain or English mustard
1 x 60g wholewheat tortilla wrap (use gluten free if preferred)
100g roast turkey breast, shredded
30g tomato, sliced
a handful of lettuce leaves, roughly chopped
30g avocado, diced
10g Cheddar cheese, grated (use dairy free if preferred)
Mix the mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl.
Place the wrap onto a flat surface.
Spread the mayonnaise down the centre of the wrap. Add the remaining ingredients.
Optional: Place a large frying pan over a medium/low flame.
Add the wrap and heat on both sides for 2-3 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cut in half and serve.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
