Our 6 Week Accelerator Transformation Program seemed to be the ideal solution to get kickstart his lifestyle change. It’s great for those that have very specific time frames to get results, and those that want results to help kickstart a lifestyle transformation.
Richard had a schedule which meant he changed his training days and times week to week, which initially he thought could be a problem until we told him how flexible our system was with over 50 time slots to choose from.
He was also on holiday for a week during the 6 week program but we had plans to help with that.

Richard has done absolutely fantastic and got some pretty awesome results in just 6 weeks which is such a short space of time.
As you can imagine we were so happy with this, especially as quite often short intensive transformations do not always last due to new habits not being embedded or old habits still there. You have to remember it’s about creating the ideal lifestyle and transforming everything in and around it.
