What Is Semi Private Personal Training?

Semi Private Personal Training is a Personal Training just in a small group environment instead of it being 1-2-1 PT. We will usually have up to 6 – 8 people per small group pt. We have all shapes and sizes as well as all abilities.

Due to the nature of the groups being so small and how we can personalise the programs it allows us to have people who have never trained in a gym before, with those that maybe had a PT or being training a while and those that may have a back, hip or shoulder issue all together.

The programs are still tailored to your needs an abilities.

We refer to Semi Private Personal Training as SGPT. All of the programs/ membership we run are based around SGPT as it’s a core part of it for the training side. It’s a fantastic alternative to 1-2-1 Personal Training and can deliver very similar results. We have been running this style of Personal Training in Loughborough for just over 13 years.
