Apple crumble oats recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
250ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
70g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
1 medium-sized sweet apple, chopped
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄4 tsp mixed spice or ground nutmeg
20g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional) to serve:
a few apple slices
Place the oats, apple and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat. Stir well and cook for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
