Chocolate Nut Energy Balls

100g ripe banana, mashed
1 tsp honey
2 tsps unsweetened almond milk
2 heaped tsps cocoa powder
20g raisins
50g peanut butter
70g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
good sprinkle of desiccated coconut to coat

Makes 7 balls Per ball:
122 calories 6g fat

14g carbs 3g protein

Mash the banana in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients (except for the desiccated coconut) and mix well.

Roll into 7 balls.

Sprinkle the desiccated coconut onto a plate. Roll each ball in the coconut, to give an even coating.

Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
