Snickers overnight oats Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
Ingredients
50g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
140ml unsweetened almond milk
20g crunchy peanut butter
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsps maple syrup
10g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa), grated
to garnish:
10g salted peanuts
Serves 1
Per Serving:
569 calories
25g fat
52g carbs
34g protein
Cooking Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a sealable container, reserving a small amount of grated chocolate for the topping.
Mix well. Seal the container and refrigerate for 5 hours or overnight.
Mix well and add more milk if required, to achieve desired consistency.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with the peanuts and remaining dark chocolate. Serve.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
