Berry chocolate nut smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
Ingredients
180ml unsweetened almond milk
5g cocoa nibs, finely ground
70g fresh blueberries
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
5g mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seeds etc)
20g peanut butter (or use nut butter of your choice)
4 ice cubes
Serves 1
Per Serving:
371 calories
19g fat
18g carbs
32g protein
Cooking Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve.
Consume immediately.
