Blackberry crumble smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
140ml unsweetened almond milk (or use milk of your choice)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
60g frozen banana slices (or use fresh plus 3 ice cubes)
a good pinch of ground cinnamon
10g almonds or hazelnuts
1 tsp shelled hempseed or flaxseed
2 tsps oats (use gluten free if preferred)
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend well until smooth.
