Blueberry bliss smoothie recipe, from our body transformation academy’s recipe selection.
75g fresh or frozen blueberries
180ml unsweetened almond milk
15g oats (use gluten free if preferred)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder 70g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred) 1 tsp flaxseed
2-4 ice cubes (optional)
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve.
