Chocolate tahini smoothie recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
Ingredients
200ml unsweetened almond milk
25g chocolate flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional) 2 tbsps tahini
80g frozen banana or mango
1 tsp cocoa powder
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
a sprinkle of sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
Serves 1
Per Serving:

4g protein
Cooking Instructions
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.
