Creamy Greens & Walnut Smoothie Recipe

Creamy greens & walnut smoothie recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.

Ingredients

200ml unsweetened almond milk
a handful of lettuce, kale or spinach leaves
1 small apple, cored
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
40g ripe avocado
1 tsp chia seeds
5 walnut halves
3-5 ice cubes

Serves 1

Per Serving:

241 calories
17g fat
21g carbs
26g protein

Cooking Instructions

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.
