Lemon berry smoothie recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
150ml unsweetened almond milk
40g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred) 60g frozen sliced banana
80g frozen blueberries
1 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
1 tsp chia seeds
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve. Consume immediately
