Citrus Refresher Smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.


80g carrot, peeled, ends removed and chopped
100g fresh grapefruit, peeled and pith removed
1 navel orange, peeled and pith removed
4 ice cubes
juice of 1 lime

Serves 1

Per Serving:

181 calories
1g fat
40g carbs
3g protein

Cooking Instructions

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
Consume immediately.
