Creamy coconut, orange & cranberry smoothie recipe, from our Body Transformation Centre Academy’s recipe selection.


150ml unsweetened cranberry juice
1⁄2 a navel orange, peeled
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder 70ml unsweetened coconut milk
6 ice cubes

Serves 1

Per Serving:
345 calories
12g fat
35g carbs
23g protein

Cooking Instructions

Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Serve. Consume immediately.
