Creamy orange smoothie recipe

Orange Refresher Smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.

Ingredients

1 navel orange, peel, pith and pips removed
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional) 10g mixed seeds
40g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
4 ice cubes

Serves 1

Per Serving:

262 calories
6g fat
24g carbs
28g protein

Cooking Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth. Serve. Consume immediately.
