Kiwi Crunch Smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.


200ml coconut water
60g pomegranate seeds
1/2 a frozen banana (or use fresh plus 2 ice cubes)
1 ripe kiwi

for topping (optional):
2 tsps freeze-dried strawberries

Serves 1

Per Serving:

210 calories
2g fat
44g carbs
4g protein

Cooking Instructions

Crumble the freeze-dried strawberries over the smoothie (optional).
Serve with a spoon.
Consume immediately.
Place the ingredients in a blender and pulse until creamy.
Add a splash of cold water if required, to achieve the desired consistency.
