Orange Refresher Smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
140g satsuma or clementine oranges, peeled
50g frozen banana (or use fresh plus 3 ice cubes)
4 ice cubes
90ml cold water
juice of 1⁄2 a lemon or lime
1 tsp sunflower seeds
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve.
