Passion fruit & lime smoothie recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
200ml unsweetened almond milk
the seeds of 2 passion fruit
50g frozen banana
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder the juice of 1⁄2-1 lime, to taste
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsps desiccated coconut
Place the ingredients in a blender and blend well until creamy. Taste and add more lime juice if required.
For a thicker smoothie, allow to stand for several minutes before serving. Consume immediately.
