Protein Iced Coffee recipe, from our inner circle recipe selection.
180ml unsweetened almond milk
a large handful of ice cubes
60ml tinned unsweetened coconut milk (optional)
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
50ml strong black coffee, cooled (use decaffeinated if preferred)
80g fresh or frozen banana
Makes 11 thumbprints
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately with more ice cubes, if desired.
