“My fitness is relativity low but have been averaging probably 2-3 times a week 30 min walk for the past few months. My energy levels do fluctuate a lot, with my inconsistent food consumption at the weekend; skipping meals then binge on food, late night snacks etc.”

A good friend of Scot recommended that he should get in contact a private personal training studio in Loughborough, Body Transformation Centre. Where Scot’s friend had initially started on the 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge, and has now lost over 44lbs 7 Months into his journey!

Scot’s Journey

It all started by Scot attending a consult and deciding to sign up for the 6 Week Challenge . He started our 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge where he regained his motivation but most of all he got some cracking results.

Scot did incredibly well following our 6 Week Program (see video above), below are some of his stats.

Weight Loss: 11.8Lbs
Fatloss: 3.3%
Belly Reduction: 5cm/ 2″
