Tropical protein yoghurt recipe perfect for a dessert or alternative a high protein snack, from our academy’s recipe selection.
60g mango chunks
250g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred) 25g vanilla flavour whey or protein powder
40g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
a small sprinkle of chia seeds
a small sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes
Place the mango in a blender jug and blend until smooth.
Place the yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl and stir well until smooth.
Pour the mango purée onto the yoghurt and swirl into the yoghurt using a spoon.
Add the toppings. Serve.
