Ingredients
120ml unsweetened almond milk
80g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred) 25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder 70g frozen mango
30ml freshly squeezed orange juice
60g frozen banana

Cooking Instructions
Place the ingredients in a blender jug and blend well until smooth. Consume immediately.
