Berry cream smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
Ingredients
170ml unsweetened almond milk
70g frozen strawberries and blueberries
30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
4 ice cubes
Serves 1
Per Serving:
180 calories
4g fat
10g carbs
26g protein
Cooking Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender jug.
Blend for 45 seconds to give a light and creamy smoothie.
Consume immediately.
