150g frozen tropical fruit mix (pineapple, papaya, mango)
150ml chilled unsweetened almond or hazelnut milk
50g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder
for the topping:
1⁄2 tsp chopped hazelnuts
1⁄2 tsp dark chocolate, grated
Store any leftovers in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze on same day.
