Matcha Green Smoothie Recipe

Matcha green smoothie recipe, from our Body Transformation Centre Academy’s recipe selection.

Ingredients

180ml unsweetened almond milk 60g frozen banana
11⁄2 ripe kiwis, peeled
1 tsp matcha powder

30g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional) 2 tsps fresh lime juice
a handful of fresh spinach or baby kale
3 ice cubes

Serves 1

Per Serving:

340 Calories
8g Fat
38g Carbs
29g Protein

Cooking Instructions

Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy. Serve.
Consume immediately.
