Banana Orange & Chia Smoothie Recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
190ml unsweetened almond milk
20g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder (optional)
50g Greek yoghurt (use dairy free if preferred)
60g satsuma or navel orange, peeled
60g ripe banana
1 tsp chia seeds
2 ice cubes
30g ground almonds
2 tbsps chopped almonds
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Consume immediately.
