Berry & Brazil nut protein smoothie recipe, from our academy’s recipe selection.
80g frozen blueberries
150ml unsweetened almond milk
25g vanilla flavour whey or rice protein powder 1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp sunflower seeds
10g Brazil nuts
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately with more ice cubes, if desired.
